For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:
2.1 Minimum Age. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account and use the 188ji platform. This requirement is mandated by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. 188ji strictly prohibits underage gambling.
2.2 Age Verification. 188ji reserves the right to request proof of age from any Player at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID, or voter's ID). Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.
2.3 Geographic Eligibility. The 188ji platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with the laws of their jurisdiction. 188ji makes no representation that access to the platform is legal in jurisdictions outside the Philippines.
2.4 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an account on 188ji: (a) individuals under 21 years of age; (b) individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded from the platform; (c) individuals who have been excluded by court order or regulatory directive; (d) employees, contractors, and immediate family members of 188ji and its affiliated entities.
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the 188ji platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 188ji reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.
3.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.
3.3 Account Verification (KYC). 188ji may require Players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. KYC documents may include a valid government-issued photo ID and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe may be suspended.
3.4 Non-Transferability. Your 188ji account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person. You may not allow any third party to access or use your account.
4.1 Password Responsibility. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You agree to notify 188ji immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
4.2 Liability for Unauthorized Use. 188ji shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. Any wagers placed using your account credentials will be treated as having been placed by you, unless you have notified 188ji of a security breach prior to such wagers being placed.
4.3 Suspicious Activity. 188ji reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that shows signs of unauthorized access, fraudulent activity, or suspicious betting patterns, pending investigation. 188ji will cooperate with PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities in the investigation of suspected fraud or criminal activity.
5.1 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit on the 188ji platform is ₱20 (Philippine Peso). 188ji reserves the right to modify minimum deposit amounts with reasonable notice to Players.
5.2 Accepted Payment Methods. 188ji accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI online banking, BDO online banking, and Metrobank online banking. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at 188ji's discretion.
5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification. 188ji aims to process withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya within fifteen (15) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving bank's processing times.
5.4 No Withdrawal Fees. 188ji does not charge fees on player withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which 188ji bears no responsibility.
5.5 Currency. All transactions on the 188ji platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 188ji does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.
5.6 Source of Funds. By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds are from a legitimate source and that you are the authorized owner of the payment method used. 188ji reserves the right to request evidence of source of funds in compliance with anti-money laundering obligations.
6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers made available by 188ji are subject to specific terms and conditions disclosed at the time of each offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. 188ji reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived therefrom if it determines, in its reasonable judgment, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk hedging bets to meet wagering requirements, or colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers.
6.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Offers. 188ji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not affect bonuses already credited to a Player's account.
7.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the 188ji platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.
7.2 Random Number Generation. All non-live games on the 188ji platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live casino games are conducted by human dealers in licensed studios and are subject to independent oversight.
7.3 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a technical malfunction or system error that affects the outcome of a game, 188ji reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the Player's account. 188ji's decision in such matters is final.
7.4 Bet Limits. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. 188ji reserves the right to impose individual bet limits on any Player's account at its discretion.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 188ji platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to PAGCOR or Philippine law enforcement authorities:

Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the Player's account will be suspended and no deposits will be accepted.

10.1 Ownership. All content on the 188ji platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and trademarks — is the property of 188ji or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 Limited License. 188ji grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content.
11.1 Platform Availability. 188ji does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond 188ji's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of the platform.
11.2 Exclusion of Consequential Damages. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 188ji shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
11.3 Cap on Liability. 188ji's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
188ji collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 188ji complies with applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
188ji reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via a notice on the platform or through the registered contact information on file. Continued use of the 188ji platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
14.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
14.2 Regulatory Oversight. 188ji operates under the regulatory oversight of PAGCOR. Players who have unresolved complaints may escalate their concerns to PAGCOR through the appropriate regulatory channels.
14.3 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between a Player and 188ji, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through 188ji's internal customer support process. If a dispute cannot be resolved internally, it shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
